Come along and enjoy the relaxing effect of a sound/gong bath.

Everything around us has a vibration, including our body. During a sound bath the sound
vibration created by the gong gently wash over you a resonance takes place within the
body.
The sound frequency works at a cellular level and this will help to restore the body to the
correct vibration.

We will be using a grounding, guided meditation, based on the ‘tree image’ through which

Hi, my name is Sharon; I’ve been a Healing Practitioner since 2008. I am also a practicing
Artist. I have experience of ancient folklore with the Druids, A Yoga for Health Practitioner
and much more, including Shamanic Practices. My aim is to share and assist in the

In this workshop, Pauline will introduce you to a few of the main crystals –
Amethyst; Rose Quartz and Quartz Crystal along with a few others.
You will learn how these crystals can help with day to day life and support
emotional and physical wellbeing; the chakras and how crystals help keep
these aligned and balanced.
Handouts will be provided and you will go home with crystals covered.

Sacred Cacao & Sound Ceremony Cacao is a beautiful, gentle, sacred heart healing medicine
that can help bring clarity when you are feeling unclear, focus when you are feeling
scattered and clearing where you are stagnated and stuck.
This sacred medicine helps to access realms that are often unavailable to us when we are
too caught up in the head and enables connection with the subconscious realms where
deep seated healing can take place.
Cacao helps disperse any blockages around the heart and coupled with the vibrations from
the healing sounds of the Gong you will experience healing at a cellular level to rebalance
the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.
This intimate ceremony will give you the time and space to tune into the stillness within to
connect to with your deepest intuition, release any blockages that may be present, bring
clarity to any areas that need attention and help you to enjoy a deep sense of peace and
well-being.
What will happen during the Ceremony

We will begin by silently setting our intentions for the ceremony - being clear about your
intention will help cacao to work her magic with you.
We will mindfully drink the Cacao experiencing its warmth and presence within the body
and you will then lie down to be bathed in relaxing, therapeutic vibrations from the sound
of the Gongs, as the sacred medicine does the healing work.
